Privacy Policy
Trackrecord Construction Limited collects personal information through one route on this website: the enquiry form on our contact page. This policy sets out what that information is, why we ask for it, who sees it and how you can have it corrected or deleted. Last updated: 20 October 2026.
Who Is Responsible For Your Information
Trackrecord Construction Limited is the data controller for everything collected through this website. That means we decide what is collected and why. You can reach us at info@trackrecordconstruction.com or by post at 7 Cochran Close, Crownhill, Milton Keynes MK8 0AJ.
What The Enquiry Form Collects
When you send an enquiry we receive the following:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- How you found us (optional)
- The message you write, including any details about your property or project that you choose to include
Please keep sensitive details (health information, for example) out of the message box unless they affect the work. We only need what is required to understand your project and reply.
Why We Use It
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote. Our legal basis is that you have asked us to take steps towards a contract, and that we have a legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. The optional "how did you find us" answer helps us see which of our pages and referrals bring in enquiries. It is never used to make decisions about you.
We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails or texts from enquiry form details unless you have agreed to receive them.
Who Sees Your Information
Messages go to Nathan Howard or a member of our team. The service that hosts this website and processes form submissions handles the data on our behalf, under an arrangement that limits it to providing that service. We pass your details to anyone else only where the law requires it or where you have asked us to (for example, an architect or supplier you want us to coordinate with on your project).
How Long We Keep It
If your enquiry does not lead to work, we keep it for as long as it is useful for following up on that enquiry and then delete it. If it leads to a job, we keep the records connected to that job for as long as contract, guarantee, insurance and tax obligations require. You can ask us to delete an enquiry earlier at any point (see your rights below).
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Pause how we use it while a concern is looked into
- Send your information to you or another organisation in a portable format
- Stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests
Email info@trackrecordconstruction.com with the request and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would like the chance to put things right first.
Changes To This Policy
If we change what this website collects or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
